To explain in simpler English you will need an older wooden ruler (as seen in the picture above), however you will need to complete the next step with graph paper as you will need to obtain an inch count of 23.4 inches.
Now, count from 20 backwards:
I answer = <set> and that will represent 0 (the number zero)
II answer = 19, 18 20 equals it's multiplied thereby 20 = MULTIPLIED From SET
III answer = 19, 18, 17, 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1

0 inches equals divided multiplied for Pi equation based on 23.4 inches on basic old school wooden ruler.
In this theorem the number zero is the choke (as in a carburetor or the 12 inch old school wood ruler) delivering more than an envelope, as the letter is not a note it is simply the answer, as in math use equator.
