With cause I ask for the following:

Restrain my older brother Edward Kenneth Placek III for life.  My older brother entered my room at 815 Balboa and would climb atop me and penetrate me while one sheet was atop my body, my older sister Tamara Sue Placek was in the bed adjacent to mine, she would turn over and allow the event to happen without statement.  My age is difficult to associate as I was very young however I know that it took place at 815 Balboa Street, San Francisco, California between 9^th and 10^th Avenue. 

That event would follow with my older brother trapping downstairs in the basement under the house where he would pinch my nose closed and put his hand over my mouth.  I learned to slow my breathing and breathe shallowly in-order to hold the effect of the event that my older brother Edward was trying to complete as he would say that he was going to kill me.  Upon the fixing-of-my eyes and a stare that would event what I had known or possibly seen on television he would sort of throw his hands-out and get-up and turn back towards the door, I learned to event with my eyes open as he would turn back and see if I was still.  There was one time that I had moved and that hurt badly as I sweated hard and felt my air escape me, in a gasp he had left the basement, these facts are to be considered ‘through the eyes of I, Karen Anastasia Placek at the age of under nine years old and will need to be considered as only a compass to the event still not thoroughly understood.  The effect of just attempting to write on this subject ‘Event’ fills my body with a wrenching effect and so I will allow whom it may concern to understand I was very young when these events took place.  The amount of times is unknown to me.  I do know that the other-house that ‘event’ took place was Dorchester Avenue in the Sunset District with my older brother’s friend Garrick Damir at the lead with his friends in tow.  That ‘Event’ included only penetrating and producing what I still cannot speak on all over my face and chest which had began at 815 Balboa.

Although there are two events in the basement of 815 Balboa Street, one with my older brother Edward suffocating me, the other with he and his friend that included my older sister Tamara Sue Placek and her friends the events are true to my word.  The involvement of the authorities came at one point however my ability to go further with this information is to difficult and this information should suffice.  Further questions should be held in the privacy of the judge in his Quarters.

Please note that the above behavior has evolved, I recognize the actions as familiar and without having to explain the acute action of penetration has changed into or retracted to only the physical violence to include constant threat thereof which has been happening since the original event horizon (my bed where my older brother penetrated me between the sheets).
