No more blackouts during storms.  A 'Roof Turbine' brings the electric to P.G.&E. for announcement of feasibility.  This is an outline as it includes the Semi-truck Industry for the powering after those storms.  A Semi-truck bringing food not fuel as the powering would be in a storage to the Towns disposal of Public Works (?) and the most immediate facility, a one, two, three, four approach.  Remember this is only a rough drawing.
