Structures vs. Infrastructure

The basis of conversation is not commerce to Wall Street as the Media has reported that Wall Street is blasting quote unquote 'Invest' in 'Futures' as Hurricane Florence is hitting The Carolinas.  The outcome of this post reaching any person on that coast (The Carolinas) will be determined not by the prowess of this idea, it will be held back should the Wall Street Investor stop the publishing.  In and on the case factor that this idea may make it to the persons in The Carolinas and for their behalf I will post to both GOOGLE and Facebook in order for the best opportunity to reach those Governors.  This is only a rough draft!!

Should Hurricane Florence cause the damage imagined this plan is for the rebuilding of all properties, please 'imagine' to increase 'form', 'structure' of this blueprint. 

The idea is to have i.e. homes in the inch.  The walls made from collapsible material by the square leaving the inch the literal i.e. boot.  This would be as packing the trunk of a car.  The house would be than removed, if necessary by Trains.  This is only a rough draft at thought and must be increased, however the ability in the picture from Hurricane Florence presently looks to many homes being demolished down to their foundations, ah haw!! however leaving a much larger area to accommodate physical belongings.  For the case of immediate removal the home would be a resident pick-up for Semi-trucks should the Train not be applicable and or available for the greater outer banks.

To idea this present plan in rough draft must include the available removable options to reduce worry of home owner and to increase future Insurance Company payments as that blueprint would lower the cost at priced due to the history of the hurricane itself.

The process of operation is bound for proper determination to local authorities as considered and due to the following understanding.
