We had a lot of problems with the Riverside County planning department getting the permits, etc. (partly due to Covid, etc.), and Pamela was very patient and had good suggestions. We are thrilled with our new MD barn and loft! The RCA design as well as the chew-proof, kick-proof and fire-resistant qualities were our deciding factors is choosing MD Barnmaster. It is also easy to clean; we can simply power wash it. Our horses are finally home and in a safe environment where we have total control. We modified an 8-stall barn to have 3 stalls w/ 24x24 paddocks, a tack room, feed room, bathroom, shop and apartment upstairs. We are pleasantly surprised at how cool the barn stays during the day. JD Machado was great to work with. As with any construction project, we had a few hiccups, but MD made it right and helped us resolve them. David and his assembly crew were fabulous and extremely capable. We could not be happier with our new barn here in Central Oregon!

Couldn’t be happier with our MD barns. We have two barns, built 5 years apart and both are holding up beautifully to the Florida elements. The zero fire spread was the deciding factor for me but I equally love how easy they are to clean and sanitize. You simply can’t clean other barns like you can with the unique walls from MD, not even concrete. Everything was on time as scheduled, install was quick. Very very happy.
