Description
The internal vehicle now has a laptop computer over the hub of the trucks.  The old radar gun is a good think.  The available technology will now afford a five dimensional view.  This is a bar.



The Bar
The bar is a computer screen that is capable of being a regular screen.  Upon deployment and like a submarine the bar is able to be raised to the dashboard level.  At that level the second lens (screen) will be activated.  The telephoto effect will computerize the picture of the vehicle that has been pulled over.  At that the screen will have the ability to act exactly as the airport detectors.  This will be able to be a four dimensional view with the option of being contracted back to that original screen for ease.  That being understood the four dimensional view will see any and all objects that inturn will be dropped into matching windows to match foot for foot it's blueprint.
