Recent earthquake activity in Southern California this past week July 2019 has inspired the local media to again prepare San Francisco for the "big one" and at the same exact time both the President of the United States and Gavin have all of a sudden begun to include earthquakes into the correlated conversation, wow.
The basis of such changes Mr. President a bit as today the insult to California was not, as the concern was palpable and the local media once again began the story as if the local media cared however I know that the local media is or has just become entertainment tonight, (length of that story is held in private as date to my first landing of such happened at the grocery and those Rag Magazines) and, to out the notorious fires of the passing two summers Mr. President was unable to hold his word to just nature in the past and it was each report that did use the text to Twitter to absorb each 'Tweet' ("a post made on the social media application Twitter.") with a sarcasm of our preparatory qualities often shockingly slamming my State with saddled weight, shocking? Yes.
The beautiful United States of America, not including California suffers wildfires constantly. Back East the fires are abundant!! Yes, watch the Weather Channel on your local television and you will see lightening that is terrifying and boom, snap, slam, FIRE!!!!!!!!!

Today Mr. President sent on 'Tweet', the concern, boom, boom, boom, the heavy handle of send was met on local news by Gavin and the earthquake settled in as the reality of the big shake is naturally totally not met with counter intelligence as earthquakes strike without warning, so I thought.
Gavin on the panic as his ghost white skin shows on the interview of settling California citizens and the scared look on his face left little to my imagination, so I listened. The big idea is that by 2023 or so that Caltrans will have installed early warning systems in crazy locations to sense the earthquake however Gavin and the report coming from the earthquake people (stats) made the news tonight especially faint as California is meant to be experiencing aftershocks for the next ten years and the San Andreas is on the watch-list, ugh.
Well I thought, how can Gavin have sensors today that would be durable and achievable on a level that nature would tell and not say? I would have loved to say in person to anyone however nobody ever reads my blogs and therefore the information in past has history to have never made to any persons desk, even local television ignored me and yet I feel that I should again try to write an answer of solution to invoke a calm for myself knowing that I have yet to be recognized by anyone and in comfort to I knowing that I have established a forum of structure and not pyramid greed, so here I say to simplicity that pigeons outfitted with sensors and GPS on their leg-bands may indeed answer today July 8th, 2019 the solution for an early warning system until the sensors can be set into the grounds around California by Caltrans.
Pigeons (see below) brought from another State may work better as those birds may spook at the first feeling.
