Dear Katy





Hey Kate,

Remember the day that we looked in the mirror separately after watching the movie with this ultra cool actor?  Last night I had a dream with him in it right at the part I was scared, I hugged him though, he had a big smile and made the entire nightmare go away, cool stuff.

The dream was Hugh Meakin of course, he was trying to kill me again and that was while I was trying to canoe away in that river again.  He always is in the boat next to us and right about to grab me except for this time I was on land all alone.  Then their was Becky, you, Johno and Lauren, instead of just trying to kill me this time he was taking each of you one by one with Sarah and Philip at his side to help him.  One by one you left, then Becky was standing there with an Irish quilt in a brand new plastic bag like the one you would get off the rack, it looked just like one of these (really nice quilt).

I was crying really hard saying to Bec, "are you really just going to leave", she just stood there.  Then Hugh Meakin could be heard hurrying all of you again, you all just were leaving me just like everyone has done to me my entire life, Tam and Ed were excellent at it.  Those two would come into my life, laugh and just disappear.  I used to go to see them and was always excited and there there place was, empty with their stuff that they decided to leave behind just tossed everywhere, like a Junkies lair.  Anyway Becky just was standing there and I buried my head in my pillow as I couldn't seem to move as you all just packed and left.  My hands in my tears and suddenly I looked-up and there he was, I said, "you're real", I smiled and I woke up!!  You're still all not here of course and I am moving to the City but I am sure you all still will not come and see me however it's nice to know that all of this will not haunt me anymore plus you're all adults well over the age of 21 so doing anything to recover our family is well gone.  I always have wished each of you the best of luck and wished you the best for whatever path you all have chosen,  the point is that Hugh Meakin is finally not a nightmare of mine.
